No games are opening.

Just bought a new HP laptop with 4GB of graphics in order to play games. But when I run any game it say that ' Unable to start ' due to some error code 0000 ending with 7. I tried all the methods to fix that, updated my drivers and installed all required things and still it didn't work. Help me
