No iPod or Camera on Lock Screen iOS5

Hey guys! so as the title says, i am on iOS5 and when i double tap i dont get the music controls or the camera button....when the music is playing all it shows on the lockscreen is the title of the song and when i dbl tap no buttons come up...N e thoughts and suggestions are most welcomed.

OK so i realized i have Activator app and i went in there and managed to get the ipod controls on the lockscreen activated by double tapping but STILL NO CAMERA....

the camera button should pop out on the right side of the swipe lock thing when you double tap the menu button. as well as the ipod controller.
