No longer syncing

With my HP4350 I am no longer able to sync. It only finds me as
"guest". If I delete the partnership - It will sync once right (the
first time) and after that it back to guest.

My gut tells me it has to do with updating XP professional to SP2 but
not sure.

Help...Thanks

Are you able to create a new profile? It is possible your current one is
corrupt and that is the problem.

Yes - I can create a new profile. It just doesn't get recognized after
the initial setup. Thanks

Are you using USB connected to a HUB?

Is the save power option for USB turned off?

Are you sure the cable or cradle is not faulty?

If you can synchronise make sure the sync is complete, and if everything
else fails, try a hard reset. Delete the partnership and rebuild your Pocket
PC.
