No out put signal from my desktop

My external speakers stooped working. My mute is off and there are two of the three volume sliders indicators showing a 25% bouncing level but nothing coming out of my desk to to my amplifier.

Hello.

Have you tested the external speakers with something else, such as a tablet/phone? Simply unplug the 3.5mm cable of your external speakers, and connect them in the earphone jack of a tablet/phone. If they work, then the issue is the computer.

If they don't, then your issue lies with the external speakers.

Please report us back after you've tested either. ^^
