No Power Acer E5-471PG

i have Acer aspire E5-471PG no power at all.
i test DC JACK outside, i get 19V+-. but when connect dc jack to laptop and text i get 0.35V+-.
can someone tell what the problem ?

So, if you disconnect the white connector, you measure the red and black wires, and you have 19 volts. But if you connect the white connector you just get 0.35 volt. You have a component who shorts the 19 volts to ground. If you can desolder the PD5 diode, measure again the input and come back with the result.

where can i find PD5 diode?

On the motherboard somewhere it's written PD5 and you have the diode beside, it should be near the power connector on the same side or on the other side. I couldn't find a good picture for you motherboard, sorry but I don't know where it is.

i can't find PD5.. on back motherboard i only can see PD1-PD5
maybe need to change motherboard..

Another test you can try, use another adapter with the same specifications to see if you have the same voltage. Could be the adapter who is defective even if it gives 19 volts.
