Plug in the computer to the charger, and make sure the charger is properly connected to the outlet. Battery may be dead, so it is not powering on. It might seem silly, but sometimes people forget to check.
Otherwise, this is probably some sort of hardware failure, and it's going to be pretty hard to fix it. If you're not even getting to the BIOS, then the computer likely needs the motherboard replaced. Hopefully there was no important data on it, and it was still under warranty.
