no power to acer aspire d257

My ACER ASPIRE D257 will not turn on.It's the same problem with juliumassenburg the only difference is,the power button does not have any light,nothing at all not even blinking light evry time I pressthe power button.Help me please,what do I have to do?!

Check the charger with a voltmeter, the voltage is written on the charger.
