No SIM found for some SIM !!

Hi plz help me

I am not good at english but I can let you anderstand me

I have 2 SIM cards , (Zain) SIM and (Mobily) SIM

With zain SIM I can call anyone !

With mobily SIM I can't even call ( no SIM fiund)

But when I put both SIM cards in other device like I phone its work

I need SIM card for mobily work , what's the problem ?

What's the solution ?

Is the SIM damaged? Or dirty?

Compare it to the other SIM for reference. If there is any cracks or deep scratches, it may not function properly. If no damage is found, it may need a good cleaning. Get yourself some isopropyl alcohol and use a q-tip to clean it. Make sure you get the q-tip only ever so barely damp - you don't want it soaked in alcohol.

Hi , I talk to them they said ,you need to format you phone we can't hlepp you !!

It's not damaged because it's work on other devices !!

What do I do ??

What do they mean by "format" your phone? That could mean a few different things.

You should call them back and ask to speak to tech support - ask them how to set the phone up to work with the SIM card.
