No sound from speakers and headphone, but HDMI and Bluetooth speaker works

My Acer V3-371 laptop suddenly stop to playing sound from speakers and headphone jack, I checked everything as driver, sound settings, volume and etc. but problem not solved. I checked the sound from HDMI port and Bluetooth speaker and those are well. help me please.
