No sound in the cell phone

Can anybody help me? I am having a LG G4 but my phone has no sound from the speaker. Can someone tell me the cause and how to fix this? The problem is not hear the sonneries when someone calls

Airplane mode? Does it work after reboot ? If no it may be a hardware issue.
There is quite a lot of videos about replacing the speaker in this phone so it may be beacuse they break pretty quickly :?
