NO SOUND SIBERIA V2s

Just got these refurbished Siberia V2s shipped to me, they are the wired one's and not the USB one's, only getting sound in my right ear and the sound in the left ear is minimal to none.

No idea what to do.

Check the balance (left/right) in the audio panel, Make sure the sound scheme is setup correctly (headphones) and if they still dont work right send them back.
