Solved! No sound thru my t.v.

I can't get sound thru my t.v. from my rca surround sound receiver. Not sure what all I need to hook it up. Sound comes thru the DVD PLAYER when watching a movie but not when I watch t.v.

Need to know models of everything and how it's all connected.

TV audio output connects to HTS audio input.
If you don't have matching output and input types you will need a converter.
