Some how I must have changed something in my Bios because I can not access the Bios on my Toshiba c75d-a laptop anymore -and the laptop will not boot with any media inserted, be it a CD, DVD, USB. I have tried the FN, F1 thru F12 Escape CTRL, removed battery pack and internal CMOS battery overnight etc, etc without any success whatsoever.

Usually you can't get to the BIOS on boot up when "Fast Boot" has been enabled. This could also be the cause of the other options not working as well.

"Fast Boot" is a feature in BIOS that reduces the time it takes to start up your computer. If it's enabled, you can't press F2 to enter BIOS Setup, and because of this many things (keyboards, mice, drives, etc.,) will not be available until after the operating system loads as well.

Here are two great articles, from Intel, on how it gets turned on, what it effects, and how to disable it. They should help you. :)
