Solved! No stereo radio with CRX-N470

Our new model worked fine in the shop, and our other FM receiver (NAD) works fine in the house. But the CRX-N470 does not receive a stereo signal when tuned to an FM station. Tried three different antennas and none work. Any ideas?

Does the shop have a roof antenna?
Are the antennas you tried indoor antennas?
A roof top antenna will provide a stronger signal which would be needed for the tuner to switch into stereo. New gear places very little emphasis on over the air radio. Your NAD is likely to have a better tuner.

In Canada. Same radio frequencies etc as the US

That's why you can't get them - the FM tuner does not cover US/CA frequencies.

Can't be that because the stations come in, only not in stereo. In the shop the stereo worked all right.
