No Video Display On HP Pavilion dv4-2045dx

Hello
I cant get anything to display on this HP Pavilion dv4-2045dx I've replaced the charger, the motherboard, LCD cable, LCD inverter, didn't replace but used a different screen to test. I've tested the power jack cable and it reads the right outputting voltage I'm at wits end trying to figure out what is wrong does anyone have any idea?

It turns on lights come one fan spins hard-drive spins and everything just no video.

It should either get you up and running or identify the cause.
