Nokia 700 - change of operating language from chinese to english

Does anyone know how to change a Nokia 700 (Symbian Bell operating system) from the Chinese language to English?

I would be grateful if you could assist.

if you can't change its language from the setting then try to reset the phone with *#7370# or just try hard reset then the phone will restart and ask for the language the select the desired language
