Nokia 920 won't charge

Charge will not ignite
Plugged in wall
Phone comes on 20 secs red level indicator(low) shows in screen
Phone goes off
Tried hard and soft reset
Charge DOES work on other equipment
Please advise

Possibly a dead battery? Might need to be replaced if it can't hold a charge.

It indicates as said might be battery dead. May be try with any other good battery check whether it charges. If it does then possibly battery dead or check with the board of the phone regarding the charging which may help you.

Thank you for taking the time to help me... I found a place where I can send it...the"L" battery although still works, needs a boost....or even replacement in some kind of way....but I'm GOOD!!!! Thank you
