Nokia car kit ck-7w control panel wire cut

Hello,

I have a Nokia CK-7W Car Kit which I have been using for almost eight years, the control panel wires were cut, I have visited some nearby technicians in my area (Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia) to check if those wires could be welded, all of them said "yes", but they wouldn't know which wire goes where! I searched for a spare part, but I could not find, these kind of devices are no longer available in Saudi Arabia! Can you please help me in this regard?

It is amazing what you can find on Google and it appears that you can order the kit on Amazon.com.
Being is Saudi Arabia you may have to look it up in the Amazon web page for your area to be able to get it shipped to you.
There is also an instillation guide that may or may not help with your current kit.
