None of my keys work please help

The letters and numbers and enter and backspace and symbolsc on my laptop wont work I am using a gateway computer and writing using the on screen keyboard it stopped working after i turnedb off and on pleaseb help

Try going into control panel and finding Device Manager and checking if the keyboard is disabled for some reason. If it isn't, try updating the drivers for the keyboard using the Device Manager. Or you can unplug the keyboard and plug it back in or plug it into another port on the computer or trying to plug it in to another computer to double check if the keyboard is broken.
