None Working Tablet.

Just Got this Tablet yesterday for X mas.All was good.Power on,just had to enter google pass word or no Network Wi-Fi.Went to Re-boot then nothing,\.Blank tablet all day charging.Not tech savoy,I am 60 & want this to work so bad.Help if you can Please.Mary.
