Not able update my quick hill antivirus,even though I am online

I am not able to update my quick hill antivirus software, even though I am online. Please tell me solution without uninstalling the software.....

Uninstalling an Antivirus for a few minutes isn't an issue. Just don't download anything besides the Antivirus itself, to avoid virusses getting in. When everthing is installed safely, you can start downloading other stuff again.

Presently I am out of station, that's why I can't uninstall.....
