Not be able to send email

I try to install send email program that develop using VB.net, it blocked by McAfee Enterprise Edition, it can get thru in PC install with McAfee Home Edition, why?

I use Avast. I like it much better than McAfee--McAfee slows the computer down and prevents you from doing a lot of things in my opinion. I don't have a specific answer as to why, but I'm fairly certain the Enterprise Edition has a lot more security restrictions. An email program would access your network--something an Enterprise Edition of security software would control access to.

Have you checked McAfee firewall and allowed program settings?
