Solved! Not recognizing USB data transfer

i have an le1s mobile.it is charging but not connecting to pc and otg.i noticed this problem not detecting USB 3 months ago.charging speed also become slow.i tried different types of cables and chargers but the result was same.today mobile charging port was completely damaged and also burned. so, i want to know what is the actual problem? why charging burned? Is there any any solution for this?
I lost one of my mobile with this problem. Now this one.

If your port is damaged, you need to replace it. No way to know what happened since we can't see what you do with the phone and what it's connected with, nor exactly when it was damaged.
