Notebook Crash after few minutes playing games

Hello gentlemen,
my friend has a problem with notebook. When she run steam game the pc crash after a few minutes and for example non steam game call of duty 2 it also crash. Is it problem with heat or could that be software problem ? Any ideas or tips what to try or how to fix it ?

yes, it has nvidia graphic card. What are dangerous temperature which could cause the problem ?

when you open real temp ... the launcher is just realtemp.exe

when you open it go to settings and find the nvidia tick box on the lower have of settings, then apply and close

your gpu and cpu temps will be given

i used this program, http://openhardwaremonitor.org .... She told me that when she is playing she has 90 degrees and i can tell that its not really good. Thanks for helping me , is there anything she can do to fix it ? I know that she can change CPU paste, but i dont think it would fix anything. Clear the dust obviously could be also problem. Its 2y old notebook, so it could help. Any other ideas ?
