yes its a good laptop. if you have a budget below 15000rs you can buy it.
but you can extend up to 20000 you can get something better.

Ok. But Stream 11 is not included DVD drive & expandable hard drive. For price 20,000 which should I buy. I'm also learning language. Also for movies.

The hp is a good laptop, I have heard good things about it, I don't know about the acer though. Really any chromebook would do as you only need it for the basic things.
