Nothing works on my laptop. Blue screen and cursor. Tried f8 no. Have windows 10

I have an older Dell laptop with windows10.

I just installed trend micro security, good for 2 days and now opens up to a blue screen with cursor. No message. Please help.

See if you can start Windows 10 in Safe Mode:

When in Safe Mode, uninstall the Trend software, then restart.

Don't try to re-install the Trend software, it's most likely too resource-hungry for your laptop, or incompatible for some other reason.

did you ever figure a way to fix this issue? still can not get into windows and cant figure out how to get windows running through safe mode
