NP9377-S w/ 2 870m SLI (dead gpu replacement)

I recently discovered I somehow managed to kill one of my GeForce 870m's in my SLI laptop. How difficult is it to replace the dead gpu? Is it soldered to the mb, or simply a matter of getting the old one out/dropping new on in?

Thanks, will do. I bought it from powernotebooks approx. 1 yr and 2 months ago(just outside my 1 yr warranty. go figure right?).

Well of course it puked just after the warranty ran out! Did you expect any different? The reason I asked where you bought it is because Xotic pc sells a boatload of Sagers, and they have there own forums there.

Hope it doesn't end up being too difficult replacing your toasted gpu. Good luck!
