Hello and good evening. I have a hisense 32 inch tv that i just buy at local store. I bought the tv 2 month ago and tv just perform fine till today. Suddenly number 37 appear on tv on left bottom screen to which i suspect dead pixel. What causes the problem and how to rectify it ? The tv are main tv on one of family homestay. Tv codename are hisense 32 smart 32A4000K. Im from Malaysia. Is this problem caused by tv itself or external damage?
