Hisense smart TV K390 series logo shows in the screen the power cycling on and off

I have a 2 year old hisense smart tv problem showed a month ago, when I plug it in then turn on the power switch it automatically turns on without touching the on button and in the remote it should be on standby first, smart tv logo will appear then a few seconds it will power cycle again. I checked power supply no busted of bulky capacitor. please help

Need to try replacing the system board or the power board and see if either of those fix the issue.
