NVIDIA GeForce Gtx970M are not connected to the device.

Hi. I'm have a MSI GT72 2qd Dominator. I tried to install NVIDIA GeForce Experience but it says " NVIDIA GeForce Experience requires an NVIDIA GPU". I also try to overclock my pc using msi afterburner, but it wont work. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

Is this a new laptop you opened or did you do a clean install?
Did you install the Intel graphic drivers first?

I just bought this laptop a few months ago. I opened device manager just to find out that my Nvidia are not connected to the device. (hidden). I'm really confused right now, since im not a IT pro. hehe
