my specs :
asus r510jk
intel core i7
nvidia gtx 850m (i also have intel hd graphics 4600)
ask me if you need more specs
ok , so the main problem is that when i am playing game , when i bigger the window the fps drop and when i play full screen its a huge drop , i tested it in minecraft : small window around 1700 fps
and big window around 700 fps and full screen i get maximum 200fps .. and yes , when the game is bigger , it is higher resolution (my default resoltion is 1920 x 1080 ) so from intel gpu control panel i set my resolution to 1600x900 and scale : fullscreen , now i try to play the game , small window 854x400 resolution and big window 1600x810 and i set full screen to 854x400 with full screen scale ( so full screen displays on all my pc screen ) .... in ful screen i get 200 fps with this low resolution so i dont know what is the problem with full screen .... so it is not logic at all because maximized window mode 1600x810 resolution gets me 700-800 fps and full screen mode 854x400 resolution gets me 100-200 fps and the small window same resolution as the full screen 854x400 gets me 2000+ fps... i also tried with max performance and max quality ( max quality makes the full screen 854x400 quality better nothing else ) so please i need help with that cause i want to understand what is happening and also if i can change the display options from my nvidia control panel instead of he intel control panel it will be better .. thanks

You are getting totally fine FPS. when you increase your resolution , your pixel count increases square times (remember area of a sqaure increases squarer times the change in sides when its sides are increased. Hence your fps will drop at a rate of square root.
edit : i misread it initially. I think when you launch it full screen , it uses intel grphics. Try forcing the game to high performance in nvidia control panel.

i tried o use the intel hd graphics to run all java applications (minecraft is one of them) and i tried the full screen and got MUCH more fps idk how and why but i got 1000 fps in full screen and 3000 fps in small window ... i think that intel hd graphics 4600 is way better than nvidia gtx 850m .. atleast it can handle resolution ( i have everything highest performance in nvidia control panel same for intel control panel ).. now i think ill use the intel hd graphics for games ..

minecraft tells me wich graphic card its using and ful screen or not its using nvidia

MAthematically , (1600*900) / (854*400) = 4.21
Hence your GPU has to render 4 times more pixels so technically your fps should be around 25% (75% drop ) if taken linearly , but it is still 60% due to some calulations which are not scalable linearly and are rather constant .
