Oculus rift won't turn on?

I've had this headset for 7 months and haven't had a single problem with it until now. I have no idea why and no reason for this happening. I have tried uninstalling the software, unplugging and plugging it back in, I have tried everything my small mind can think of. I would like some help from the people at tom's hardware because oculus isn't much help at all.

MOBO: Z97 Asrock Anniversary Edition
RAM: Anarchy 8x2
CPU: i5 4460 3.2GHz
GPU: GTX 1060 6Gb
HDD: Blue Seagate 2tb

for the usb or the hdmi, cause my gpu only has on hdmi slot and I have tried 3 slots for the usb.
