Odd HD graphics 4000 settings

So I own a basic ASUS laptop. The specs are as follows:
CPU: Intel core i5 3337u 1.8GHz dual core 4 threads turbo boost up to 2.7GHz
RAM: 8GB DDR3 (800MHz)
HDD: 750GB
GRAPHICS: Intel hd 4000

So in my bios, I am able to change the amount of memory that my graphics uses up to 512MB. So what I'm wondering is if I increase my ram to 16GB (1600MHz) would I be able to allocate more towards my integrated graphic?
