Ok I've tried all of this and nothing works. I can't use my "P" "0" and "/" without some keyboard trickery like pressing the

I've checked the language and it doesn't work.

Before this I had HP log into my com*uter to fix a printer issue. It was at this time the 3 characters and the keyboard when bonkers.

is there a way to maybe install a new driver or to reset the driver+

Find out the model of your printer (usually located around the front panel)
Google the model (example hp deskjet2700) and the drivers
Go to the webpage and download the drivers.
Install them.
