Ok my 40"Hisense tv is connected to my acer liquid zest phone but I can't connect to the Netflix server why?

Why can't my phone connect to the Netflix server?

Is that the only thing not working? Need a bit better detail here, when you say the TV is connected to the phone, do you mean you are using the phone hotspot for internet, or with a cable or screen casting?
