OLD motherboard M756MRT

hey
I got this old computer from a friend
its got what looks like an agp slot and on the 3d mark it says theres an agp slot on it but it sets too close to the frame
thats not the real problem
I can magage to put a card on it
the problem is that i need to update the bios to be able to use the agp slot
does anyone know where i can get it and how to update

I got another question Im not sure how to install it
Ive flashed my other computer once but Im not sure how to do this one
And would you know why when I put an AGP card on the board the computer wont boot upnot even to bios.
