Hello,
ours not only quit doing sound without turning off and on, but now has moved on to requiring that we re do factory settings, TWICE, before we get sound. this is a REAL bummer. does anyone know what to do to just get it to function normally? thanks, kdenoi

Not a ton you can do here. There isn't a setting or anything you are missing, simply sounds like a failing part. Olevia went out of business a couple years back, so you are looking at dealing with what you have now, repairing it with second hand boards, or replacing it.
