Olympus camera cant dowload the pictures to pc

Hello,
I am trying to download some pics to pc (Olympus Camera)and it says "one moment" and nothing. Is not working.Please help,

Try uninstalling and re-installing the camera software.

If that does not work, take out the memory stick and try a memory card reader to get the files.
