Olympus Omd Em 10 mark ii uploading trouble

So after i got home from shooting my new olympus omd em 10 mark ii i uploaded the files to my macbook pro 2010, but when i went to see the images one by one they all showed a triangle and an exclamation mark. i checked that Citi is not the format because there are some jpegs and some raw and still they don't load.

I am in the process of launching the software now i have already started i will keep you up to date, thanks since my computer is old it takes a while

ok so i have done everthing it all works thanks but there is a new problem which is on how do i transfer the pictures from photos to the olympus software
