Olympus VG 165D no picture upload

M camera sudeenly has decide that it6 will not upload to my PC. Battery isfully charged, but when I hook via USB to PC the camera screen shows battery charging

Does the camera need to be in some special mode for transferring pictures? Do you see the camera in Windows Explorer?

I see no cmera in my contol box devices. I have used this camera for years with no issues.

Are the pictures stored on internal memory or on a memory card? Please unselect my previous post as the "best answer" as this issue has not been solved yet.
