On a Toshiba Satellite C55 series: I'm trying to do a factory restore. The laptop will not power up when holding the zero key

The laptop will not power up if I am holding the zero key down. Windows 8.1

Hi,

Please do try on repeatedly tapping on 0 key just right after you press the power button on instead of holding it down. If all these won't work you may need to order a System Recovery disc from Toshiba to run the factory reset.
