On an Olivia TV screen there is a solid blue pattern!

Somehow a blue rectangle display has shown up on the bottom right side of the Olivia TV screen. The channel pictures show perfectly behind it. It might be construed as a PIP but this TV does have that feature. The cable TV tech couldn’t help me remove it, possible you or someone knows the answer. Thanks...

As seen here, this is probably a failure of the LDC panel. Most likely, it's not repairable. Unless your unit does in fact have PIP and you just don't realize it.
