What happened before this issue? Did you get any messages about drive issues? System dropped or anything? Need full details about the issue, what happened, exact messages, how far does it try to start?

Did you try a factory reset to like new? That will wipe the drive and set up the system fresh again, but you need to have a backup of your files.

These issues can also be caused by a bad hard-drive, in that case, need to replace the drive and install Windows on the new one.
