On my galaxy s3 it lets me post vids sometimes but not always. The post arrow sometimes is faded so I cant push it. Plz help h

It may not be the phone that is the cause, it may be something with youtube restricting the amount you can upload and how often.

First I would try rebooting your phone and see if it resolves it next time you get the grayed out button.

If that doesn't help, then I would ask youtube about it.
