On screen computer settings

Hello,
my icons on the bottom ofthe screen are no loger there for example time start and battery charge

is the taskbar still there?

if you hit windows key on keyboard or Ctrl + Esc does the start menu come up?

if you hover your mouse all the way to the bottom of the screen does task bar come up?

if these were some type of custom toolbars, right click task bar and go to toolbars flyout
