Once file from disc is entered how do you find it on the screen

Once you loaded disc to CD drive and it's been loaded how do you find it on the screen

If this is in windows, press Win + E will open file explorer, then (depending on version of windows), you should be able to see the CD drive as a choice under This (or MY) Computer in the right hand column, double click on the CD drive should open a folder showing its contents
