Question Onkyo 6100 defaulting to installation every time it’s turned on.

I have an Onkyo 6100 connected to an LG C3. All was well, then I updated the firmware on the 6100. Now when I turn it on it defaults to installation mode. I have to go to the Tv menu, select the 6100, select settings on the 6100. It then moves to the correct TV setting. I then have to go back to the TV and pick a programme before I get sound. Previously I just turned in on and everything worked. Both are on CEC both using Earc. I’ve factory reset the Onkyo. Both are on pass through.
