only one speaker working when i play music

hi i have only one speaker working on my dell latitude E6500 when i play music? i have tested the speaker,s and they both work. help please

Have you checked if the media player is playing music on stereo mode? If it's mono it will only output through one speaker.

Here's the link to your laptop's audio driver download location, install it, restart and see if it works.
