Opera plugin wrapper

Comes with Opera 12...what is it? and why does it need HTTP, HTTPS, 1935 TCP outgoing access? Is the 64 bit version available?

Thanks, Looks like x64 is still in development.

I'm sure it's in there somehow but since I'm not technically savy, where does the HTTP HTTPS 1935 access come from? Does the Opera plugin wrapper need to connect to the internet too?
