Orange blinking lights

..laptop goes off when ac adapter plugged in with 2 orange lights..tried that 30 sec holding power method.not working....please helpp

Hi, i have a toshiba L755 laptop and apparently im running it with the adapter without battery ..recently the laptop started going off randomly and shows 2 orange blinking....also when i run some programs that may take some high usage or a game , it goes off instantly showing those 2 orange led.I tried cleaning the fans , formatted the pc..not working .....please help me fix this...thx
